Big4 Auditor Changes week ending 12 Apr 2015

Foundation Medicine is being acquired by Roche. EY resigned this week as Foundation’s auditor because, “Ernst & Young performs certain non-audit services for Roche…and, as such, has determined that it may cease to qualify as “independent” from the Company.”  Audits are nice, but consulting is less risky and more profitable. Easy decision for EY.
