Big4 Auditor Changes week ending 09 Mar 2014

A frenzy of auditor change activities amongst the Big4 this last week. Likely has something to do with 10-Ks getting on file, and companies promptly giving insufferable auditors the boot. PwC seems to have taken the brunt of it, losing 4 clients this week, including my favorite maker of salted meat products, Hillshire Brands.  On the flip side, KPMG picked up four new clients, including American Airlines. KPMG previously audited US Airways, which was acquired by American. Post merger, the company wanted only one auditor, and selected KPMG.
