Big4 Auditor Changes week ending 06/23/13

A modest number of changes in Big4 auditor firms this week. The big winner is KPMG, which in addition to picking up Thermon Group, also resigned as auditor of E2open to focus on providing them with management consulting services.  Higher fees plus less risk equals big win.  The other winner this week was Deloitte, which picked up the aforementioned E2open and also EnergySolutions. PwC resigned as discount retailer Stein Mart auditor when Stein put out for bid.  Ernst & Young lost two more clients this week, without picking up anything new.
