Big4 Auditor Changes week ending 2/3/13

There were three companies changing auditors this week that involve Big 4 audit firms.  KPMG picked up both Mistras Group and Stweardship Financial after completing competitive bid processes.  Both companies are headquartered in New Jersey.

A day after losing Mistras to KPMG, PwC picked up a new client, Delmar Pharmaceuticals. Delmar was previously audited by John-Kinross Kennedy, who last year announced he’d be retiring.
